Movement of Roth
Moves one block at a time to all possible direction, but not to be placed in a block where it faces ‘charge’ ———-a special situation of threat of being zapped. The rule of zapping is described later.
The Roth, however, cannot be zapped but may be under threat of zapping by any piece or pik. The Roth, however can zap any man of opponent. This threat is called ‘charge’ which must be avoided by immediate next move (1) either placing one man in between the Roth and the charger (not possible in case of Nite charge) —- this move is called ‘Hiding the Roth’, or (2) zapping the charger or (3) removing the Roth to a safe block. If neither of these three can be done, the Roth becomes Jammed and the game is won by the charging player.
